At Aroma Avenue, we understand that you can't wait to experience your new scent. We ensure every bottle is packed with care and shipped via the fastest logistics partners.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed with priority:

  • Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • Working Days: Dispatch happens from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays are processed on the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time

We ship across India. Depending on your location, here is the estimated timeline:

  • Metropolitan Cities: 3 to 5 working days.
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5 to 7 working days.
  • Remote Areas/North East: 7 to 9 working days.
3. Shipping Fees

We keep our shipping transparent and affordable:

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹499.
  • Standard Shipping: A nominal fee of ₹50 - ₹70 applies to orders below ₹499.
  • COD Charges: Extra charges may apply for Cash on Delivery based on the checkout total.
4. Real-Time Tracking

Once your order leaves the Aroma Avenue warehouse, you will receive:

  • An Email & SMS with your unique Tracking ID.
  • A direct WhatsApp link to track your package in real-time.
5. Transit Safety & Insurance

Perfume bottles are fragile. We use multi-layer bubble wrap and tamper-proof boxes. If you receive a leaking or broken bottle, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
