At Aroma Avenue, we stand behind the quality of our luxury fragrances. Due to hygiene and personal care safety, we have a clear policy to ensure every bottle you receive is pristine and authentic.
1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer a hassle-free replacement or return if the product you received is:

  • Damaged in Transit: Leaking or broken bottles.
  • Incorrect Item: Different fragrance than what was ordered.
  • Defective: Faulty spray pump or nozzle issues.

Note: Please report issues within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To maintain hygiene standards for all our customers, returns are only accepted if:

  • The product remains Unused and Un-sprayed.
  • The original outer seal and packaging are intact.
  • The product is returned in the same condition as received.
3. How to Initiate a Request

Follow these simple steps to start your request:

  1. Send an email to support@aromaavenue.com.
  2. Include your Order ID in the subject line.
  3. Attach a clear Unboxing Video or high-quality photos of the damage/issue.
4. Refund Timelines

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team (usually within 48 hours):

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • COD Orders: We will provide Aroma Avenue Store Credits or a direct Bank Transfer.
5. Non-Returnable Scenarios

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used or sprayed.
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.
  • Fragrance preference (e.g., "I didn't like the smell").
